How do I choose a volume range?
The SC9000 PRO brochure lists 0.5–20 μL and 2–200 μL ranges. Discuss your working volumes, liquid types and workflow to select a configuration. The confirmed quotation defines the supplied items.
Can modules, consumables and spare parts be purchased separately?
Yes. Provide the instrument model, item type, quantity and any available part number or component photo so the item and compatibility can be checked.
Can I use my existing tips and plates?
Provide the consumable brand, part number, plate format and target volumes. Compatibility needs to be checked for the specific items; appearance alone is not sufficient.
How do I access brochures and videos?
Videos are available to watch directly. Chinese and English brochures are available by request. Specify the name and intended use when requesting other documents.
How do I confirm delivery and service arrangements?
Provide the delivery region, preferred timing, instrument model and your requirements. Delivery, warranty and repair arrangements follow the agreed quotation and terms.
